We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. This position plays a key role in improving productivity, reducing costs, and supporting the company’s long-term growth and operational excellence.

Position Summary

The Operations Analyst is responsible for evaluating operational processes, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights to enhance efficiency, quality, and resource utilization. This role works closely with production, supply chain, and leadership teams to implement data-driven solutions that optimize business performance.

Salary

  • Ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to production, supply chain, and resource utilization.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs, costs, and operational performance.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in workflows and recommend practical improvements.
  • Assist with forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning to support production and inventory goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor process improvements.
  • Utilize software tools, including Global Shop ERP and Excel, for improved data management and workflow evaluation.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 1–2 years of relevant internship or professional experience in operations, data analysis, or manufacturing preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
    • Experience with Global Shop ERP or other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities; ability to work effectively across departments and with all levels of the organization.

Work Schedule

This position generally follows a standard Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule. However, additional hours may be required as needed to meet business demands, project deadlines, or operational needs.

Work Environment

This position involves a combination of responsibilities in both office and shop settings. The Operations Analyst will be expected to perform various administrative and production-related duties.  While analytical and planning duties are performed in an office setting, the role requires a consistent presence in the production area to monitor workflows, gather data, and collaborate directly with operations personnel. The Operations Analyst should be comfortable working on their feet for portions of the day, navigating an active manufacturing space, and engaging in light physical tasks related to process observation and performance analysis.
