The Project Manager, working under the direction of a senior project manager, is responsible for the successful execution of assigned customer accounts — including participation in the conceptual development of a project, obtaining the scope of work for each project, reviewing drawings, defining customer expectations, coordinating project timelines between multiple internal and external departments, and problem-solving. The project manager has direct communication with customers and is an integral part of business development.
The Senior Project Manager has overall responsibility for the successful execution of assigned customer accounts. The senior project manager will be assigned large, complex accounts or several small accounts and will coordinate the output of additional project managers and junior project managers to meet customer and Leiden Company objectives successfully.
The Transportation Coordinator will execute the day-to-day shipment of goods from a manufacturing facility to numerous domestic and international customer locations. The position is primarily operational and requires a strategic view of transportation services including but not limited to outbound shipments of materials, supplies, and finished goods; warehouse operations and inventory control; and management of customer relationships.
